Are there any stay-at-home moms reading this blog? If you're out there, I need some suggestions on what to do with my soon-to-be one year old during the day. Free things to do with Tallu :-) Thanks!
here's what I've come up with- -malls often have play areas with big padded stuff for babies to crawl and climb on. -Ikea- kids can crawl around in the kid section and you can have cheap lunch. eli likes the mac and cheese -check out meetup.com and search "stay at home mom" -check out local park and rec and see if there are play spaces in the community centers -find a pool, it costs but should be cheap -sometimes church basements have play areas that are open for a few hours a week -find a nice (meaning expensive) plant nursery and walk around to see the pretty flowers -since Tallu is almost 1, ask the grandparents for memberships to stuff (zoo, children's museum, aquarium) then you can go for free for a whole year.

That's all I've got. Good luck!
one more idea-
lots of libraries have toddler story hour so you should check out the library system. Also, some bookstores offer this as well.
Thanks, lady! Why didn't I just send you a Facebook message :-D
